Riverfront pulled up Kingsford Waterbay which conversely is a down drag on Riverfront. Expecting Hougang Central and CRL to push both of these 2 condos up.

developers buy land at high price bcz they dont have much land inventory and they need land to continue biz opearations. but that does not necessarily mean units will be sold higher.

I am making my bets here: singpoare property price is peaking. from price income multiples, sg price is too high even on global scale. if this does not gets controlled, it will have risk to follow china and hk path and the sg gov clearly knows this.

Frankly speaking, I find the JRL a poorly conceived line which is made unnecessarily complicated with multiple interchanges. There's more twists and turn than a Taiwanese drama.

JRL is basically a LRT. There is nothing special. Just changing the L with a M doesn't change it.

Highly doubt it’ll have much effect, if any.

Either way, only 12 schools will be implementing it. of them, the only schools that matter are nanyang, Tao Nan, MGS, and maybe, just maybe ACS.

I think it will be a factor for those looking at these schools... if you're not in the market for homes near these schools, it will impact you less
