If you're asking for favour (i.e. implied taste), then sorry I think it's a stupid question.

Some like it (chilli) hot, some like it sour, some like it bitter, some like it sweet, some like it plain, blah, blah, blah...

There's no one size fits all in terms of taste.

i'm taking chocolate mint and notice that it makes me heaty (chinese medical term). if i switch to vanilla, will it reduce the heatiness? or it doesn't work this way? (they're just flavours, it's the protein that makes me heaty?)

For me i will feel heaty too, heatiness in the sense of more acnes and stuff. I find that taking greens supplement multi vits help the acne/heaty. in my case.

i take multivit and vit c. yes they reduce the 'heat'. But i found that the choc mint whey i'm currently taking is the main souce of the heat, so it'll be great if i can further cool down by switching flavour. anyway i just ordered vanilla ice cream whey
