which laptop to get!

just buying one so i can bring it out when i'm out with my girlfriend and her friends, it gets kinda boring.

probably to play single player games only for example, skyrim/gta4 or 5 when it comes out, other single player campaign games. graphics don't have to be so nice afterall i already got my pc at home. just medium would do.

i have 2 options currently, Acer Aspire V5-473PG-74508G1Ta or the HP ENVY 15 j126TX.

gt 740m and gt 750m no much difference. Get the hp envy and bargain it down to 1.3k.

Get the HP, the Acer is an ULV while the HP is standard processors, on plain performance the HP will beat the Acer anytime, also it offer 1080p screen.

Both cards should be relatively weak and similar, you may run GTA but need lower the details.

y410p from malaysia. with gt 750m gddr5 is rm 3099 annd gt 755m is rm 3199.
Either one is fine, the performance differences are very minimal. See if you want to spend your extra s$40 for that little bit of performance.
