Which laptop to get?

Thinking of getting Asus ux330ua or s406ua but they have similar spec and price so I have trouble deciding which to get.

ux330ua: 13.3" / QHD+ 3200×1800 / 7th gen i7 / 8gb ram / 512 ssd / 1.2kg / $1498
s406ua: 14" / FHD 1920x1080 /8th gen i7 / 8gb ram / 512 ssd / 1.2kg / $1493 (original price is $1598 but Asus has a 7% promotion for some laptops now)

the ux330ua probably has a far better display. try to get some hands on with them if possible. for general usage, u wont notice the difference between a HT dual core and HT quad core.

The laptop with a lower resolution screen will have significantly better battery life... since your choices seem to lean towards a light laptop, you probably value portability... so having a longer battery life without having to lug around the power brick might suit your usage pattern better...

Having said that... Asus laptops generally have poorer battery life vis-a-vis similar laptops from other brands...
