Which RAM memory brand is the best?

[Apparatus]

Say DDR4 same amount (2x16GB) and speed (3200MHz or 3600MHz) eg. Kingston, Corsair, G Skill, Samsung, Crucial, ADATA, Asus etc Current RAM for PC gaming don't support ECC, right?

I can see different paramters to choose like

Timing: 14-15-15-35
CAS latency: 14
Voltage: 1.45v

Timing: 16-18-18-36
CAS Latency: 16
Voltage: 1.35V

Timing: 18-22-22-42
CAS Latency: 18
Voltage: 1.35V

and others

So which set of parameters is the best?

for voltage, usually is set at 1.35v unless overclocking. lower is better.
timings refer to how many clock cycles it takes to address characteristics of the memory modules, so lower is better too. cas latency is simply the first value of the timings.

The typical PC does not use ECC RAM. The lower the timings, latency and voltage, the better. However, the RAM will also be more expensive. Practically, so long as you get DDR4-3200 at least (preferably DDR4-3600), it's good enough. The difference in performance is just a few % points, not worth the difference in price unless you are an enthusiast going for top-tier performance.

Of course lower latency is better. But they come at higher cost, and generally adds very little value/performance to most users. So it depends on whether you want to pay a premium for "premium" RAM. For CL16, I think Crucial Ballistix is one of the best. Most DDR4 3600 RAM uses SK Hynix chips that are good for CL18, and they tend to be slightly cheaper.

Just a reminder as well, next gen AMD and Intel CPUs are going to be on a new socket, with DDR5 support. So if you splurge on expensive rams now, you will not be able to reuse them.
