Which SSD from lazada?

Hi guys, I am looking for an SSD from lazada to fit into my
CM N200 case.

My choices are

1) Samsung 850 Evo 250gb (the standard one everyone recommmends) - $132.05
2) Transcend SATA III 6Gb/s SSD370S Premium 256GB SSD -$122.4
3) ZOTAC 240GB 2.5" Premium SSD (A5 series) - $118.15

Samsung uses 3D VNAND
2) and 3) uses MLC NAND

2) also comes with a 3.5 bracket

Can my case fit the ssd with a normal 2.5 ssd? if not (then option 2 is the way).
if yes, is the 3D VNAND worth the extra 10$?

go for the samsung, your case is able to have up to 4 2.5" ssd

I usually go for the cheapest. The speed difference is negligible to me and whether or not the ssd fails is pure luck.
