which ssd to get?

My ssd got fried recently, so im looking to get another one later. With a budget of around 150, which one should I get?

Also, I can install win7 again on the new right? Since my os was on my previous ssd.

It didnt really get fried, got the 8mb bug... so data on it are all gone. Anyway I would probably get crucial mx100 256 gb or samsung 840 evo 250 is the former is OOS.

hunt around for codes for further discount..

There's a fix for the 8mb bug, isn't it? I had the Intel 320 previously also.

Anyway, if your intention is to take the opportunity to upgrade, then I guess it's also not a bad idea.
