Which Uni to study for CS?

Hi, as the topic stated. I Need some advice on which University should I apply to pursue Computing Science?
So far I've applied for SIT Computing Science, BSc (Hons) & NTU (CS in the school of engineering).

Should I apply for NUS, SUTD & SMU as well? Which University is better for someone who wishes to start CS from ground up?

Diploma: Digital Visual Effects in NYP, GPA: 3.47

I understand that it will be harder for me to enter as my diploma isn't relevant at all but I still wish to pursue CS either way.

looking at ur gpa, i think u better apply to all the Unis lah

add SUSS inside as a back up also, im sure they got some IT degree somewhere in there.

It’s not about which uni is better for ppl with little to no background
It’s really about which uni will take u. Just apply to all
