White Screen and Colored lines

Hi All,

I'm seeing a white screen and colored vertical lines when i power on my computer. Even restarting my com is also not helping.

Does it mean that my GPU is faulty? After i tried re-seating the card, the fan noise suddenly became louder.

Any advice as to what is the real problem? Do i have to buy a new GPU?

Current GPU : ATI RADEON HD7950

Try this:

1) Connect the monitor to something else(Laptop, dvd player, another computer etc.). If there are no lines, monitor is working fine.

2) Remove GPU and use integrated graphics. If there are no lines, then can safely say GPU is spoilt.
