I have signed up a tour package to Europe, inclusive of free 2 days Dubai from 13 Feb to 28 Feb 2015. But the group is still in need of 4 pax for a confirmed departure.

Anyone interested to go for a getaway from Singapore during Chinese New Year?

**Additional info: The tour covers Central Europe (Italy, Switzerland, France & Holland) + 2 days in Dubai. The package price is around SGD3500, taxes included.

Yes, all that are included in the package.

Hope to go during that period as I only need to take leave for 8 or 8.5 days for a 15 days tour.

Anyway, travel agency has already offered us to join other dates if this tour is not formed.

this is agency way of trying to 'entice' travellers. the free package itself is offered by Emirates which they are transfering on to the customer. you book yourself also can get the 'free 2 days'. go check out emirates website.

whats nice in dubai ?

Frankly the costs of Dubai are already part of your fees. I wouldn't call it free. Just that Emirates has a stopover in Dubai.

Been there a few times for business years ago. It's an expensive city. Novelty things like indoor skiing but at a steep price. Also can go dune buggy riding and stay a night at the edge of the desert and eat Bedouin dinner, ride camel. If you like architecture, lots of tall and impressive buildings there. It's a modern city but I found it quite souless. Maybe things are cheaper now since they had some financing problems a few years back and now oil is lower too.
