Why is Tokiya banned?

The first comment ,will leave it to him to appeal if he wants.

But how is the second comment considered forum nuisance when he is speaking within topic?

To me it seems like a petty infraction because he asked a legit question? I see nothing wrong because the thread was indeed locked before it was unlocked again.

He was asking a question in response to something which in fact, did happen (thread was indeed locked before it was unlocked again).

Don't see how tone comes into play in that context, and what's more resulting in an infraction?

As a forum member, I believe he should be allowed to question what is derailment and what is not.

But this was the first time something like this happened? I.e. Thread locked because we discussed if geopolitical threads should be banned, it's puzzling and confusing because from the view of a regular person, it's still within the topic of bans.

If he comes back and if he asks, we will explain to him ourselves.
