Why moe teachers everyday complain their jobs very hard?

Govt jobs are the more you complain, the more the salaries increase.
Even miw also complaining....

I dont see how its hard at all.

1) Every year teach the same content over and over again. No uncertainties unlike in many other jobs where you face new challenges everyday. Although syllabus changes but its once every few years, its only minor changes to the content.

2) Kids especially those in jc where got very hard to handle. Most(99%) wont dare to fight or create trouble when the teacher is around. At most abit rowdy only..

3) got months of holiday periods where they can chill abit. Yes i know they still need to come back for cca, remedial lessons and do some admin stuff, but its not everyday and for sure the work is less intense than corporate world where there is no holiday period.

4) although they need arrive early(around 6+ or 7+), most can leave by 5+ Usually

so whats so hard about teaching?

Teaching job really is not easy, nowadays alot of entitled parents. I am whatsapp groups for my kid's class and from you replies you can tell some parents really think they very big farg. Like school don't allow you to drive in during certain hours and the parents will kpkb say want to complain to moe, complain on OYK facebook etc.

Nowadays kids very naughty and they can't beat them up like during my time.

Teachers want the high salary but don't want the high workload

Actually same for everyone but I dun see other professions glorifying their job or making a big fuss out of it

Except for the agents kind of job lol
