We received multiple reports on this thread.

If he wanted to say Mumbai is suffering an electrical blackout, he would have pasted the article link at the very least.

Many people would think otherwise with that kind of thread title and content he has posted.

I dont think you guys should castigate him over your own bias and prejudice. There are many ways to intepret his message and you guys choose to throw caution to the wind and penalise him based on the most offensive one you can think off?
