If you were injured or killed by a mad man, he won’t be liable cos immunity from his sickness. Those bus drivers n iris koh $ is gone for sure.

He is not obliged to return it. Moreover he has probably spent finish.
When he has a manic episode he will just go nuts. That time Roy's money he spent like 22k in 1 day buying clothes and other expensive stuff.
Anyway the only option the bus drivers have is to apply to the State Courts to use the legal term 'tax' his fee.
A Judge will examine the work done, receipts and other stuff and decide if there is any fee that should be returned.

However since this case has dragged on for over a year and he has already had applications in the State and crucially in the High Court before I doubt there is any monies that can be returned. Maybe a token sum say 5k
