Windows 10 apps in app store update

Having issues with updating the apps in the windows app store. Basically App store keeping showing the app being installing, however it takes like forever to complete. Those windows 10 app also cannot launch. I think this was mentioned during the Anniversary Update and according to Windows Central, the issues has been reportedly resolved by MS.

Anyone know what do or any work around?
