can anyone lend me the above?

my brother want to clean install on a second hand laptop as i am scared of viruses hiding in the hard disk. he won't use yr cd key, the laptop already has cd key.

i know can self create windows usb flash drive but the laptop's usb ports are damaged.

can any kind soul help my brother? preferably near hougang. we are from low income family and both of us are mental patients

TS before you proceed, did you check if the laptop model has the Win10 drivers available. Some Win7 drivers still support but some are not.
