Quite new to windows 10, and I've been trying to google this event but nothing came up that's similar to mine.

Not exactly an issue but it's been bugging me for a while. Something is loading in the background. I'm not sure how to explain this. The OS is responsive and all, no mouse loading activity but there is something that is loading in the background. It's very fast, the background windows just flash and it's gone.

Anyone experiencing the same?

so it's native to windows 10? i thought it was some unwanted programs that I picked up unknowingly.

The console window appears quite fast and disappeared. Appears a few times while I watch video. I am quite worried as well.

check your folder for this file "C:\Program Files\DriverSetupUtility\FUB\FUB_Send.bat"
remove it if present.

also run "task scheduler" and check if anything un-usual .

since it's native to windows, is it safe to leave it to auto update itself? Or is it better if I regulate the process?

What's this related to? A Windows Update or Malware?

Here is a more detailed information.
Looks like it is from Acer doing some driver update.
The bad thing is, it is runnning with full admin rights and could possibly install anything in your PC.

Refer to here : DriverSetupUtility – A black popup once every hour

If you are still worried, run this FRST (aka Farbar Recovery Scan Tool)
It is a portable diagnostic tool incorporating the ability to execute prepared script solutions on malware infected machines

If your connection is thru wifi, you can set the connected wifi to "metered" (under properties) so that it will not download update in the background.

Won't be windows 10. The windows 10 upgrade process does not require flashing of console screens.

But mine isn't Acer. I'm using Dell

Doesn't matter. As long as you have the symptom, just check for that batch file where is it residing and remove it.

Also check your Task Scheduler.
