Windows 11 always install new updates?

Recently bought 2 laptops:
Lenovo Legion 5i for my son's poly
Asus Vivobook OLED for my wife's work
Both comes with Windows 11

Should I always install updates whenever available? Quite alot...

If updates is necessary for your wife's work and son's study, do it. Else you can use this > Windows Update Blocker to
disable or enable update as you wish.

i find the new windows 11 still abit unstable and it doesnt have the drag and drop function anymore!
