Windows 11 license question

InvaderPC sells windows 11 home for $152

I saw some shopee Lazada carousell sellers selling around $15 for windows home license. Is it safe to buy from these sellers instead of AS/invaderpc?

Should I buy the license from my PC builder? Or just buy from other sources?
