Windows 8.1 USB device not detected

Anyone encounter this? My windows 8.1 is unable to detect any of my usb devices. Be it ext HDD, mouse or thumbdrive.

Need some help~

i got similar issue(i think mine pbm's called driver power state failure), happen after installing a bluetooth headset...go device manager and see if any usb device got question mark then disable it, worked for me..if cannot, have to boot in safe mode to do the same thing..hope it helps u...
