Hi,

I just purchase Alien II G7 mouse

After using for awhile, a error pop out showing :

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

After several time of installing and uninstalling of driver.. plug in and out the mouse i am still unable to use.

Anyone is able to advise how to solve this?

second this..... im using a g7 myself right now for almost a year. regretted the purchase right from the start hahaha

i dint even bother to install the driver for this mouse anymore. just plug and play.
imo the driver and configurator for this mouse is horrid.

going to get myself either a g502 or a g602 soon.
