Windows install no device driver

Installing windows 8.1 from thumb drive. Uefi formatted. Cannot install say no device driver found. Stuck at this page

Help pls!

Fresh install on ssd z97 gaming 5

Assuming you are using the USB3.0 port.

During the initial stage of installation, go to Advanced Options, then click the 'Load Drivers' button, navigate to the USB 3.0 Drivers and select the appropriate USB3.0 driver.

Alternatively, use the USB2.0 port for the installation.

thanks! i read online its seems its the prblem with usb 3.0. how to go to advanced options? i see this message after i click "install now"...

problem solved by recreating the usb as boot disk. i guess should be corrupted because even if i used usb 2.0, still cannot. now installing. thanks commach!
