World of Jade Dynasty is a direct sequel to the popular MMORPG in 2007, Jade Dynasty (Zhu Xian). It was originally developed on one of Perfect World's proprietary engines in 2013. It was shortly discontinued to be redeveloped on Unreal Engine 4 in 2016.

World of Jade Dynasty《诛仙世界》enters a limited technical testing phase scheduled from August 19 to August 23, available worldwide. Players who will receive the test confirmation will be able to participate in the current stage of the game. The developers hope to collect feedback from the players through this test.
