The memory bus speed and ram latency.

Faster bus speed and very low latency usually will cost a bomb.

Really no point changing... 800 MHz is the bus speed. U won't see much improvement in real life performance.

what the difference between the two crucial RAM anyway?

What shrike is trying to tell you between the 667mhz vs 800mhz ram is that don't bother figuring out which is better.

Of course the 800mhz ram is theoretically better but in real life when you compare side by side the speed is probably just <sec. The cost to Performance increase is not worth it.

hope you understand now.

Only on desktops where "high performance" systems need to OC then high speed is required and even still that debatable.
