Nowadays take MC to do personal stuff also dangerous. Boss might call you anytime to just send this or that to him even if you on mc, as all too used to WFH style already :o

Nowadays ish whatever la. What integrity and loyalty is useless when companies can fire as they deem fit. You ask those foreigners here loyalty can fill your stomach?

integrity and loyalty is different. integrity is your own values.

you lack valued as a person , even your own kids and spouse and family members will see you no up.

Let me ask you something

If she really seen a doctor and get medical leave, does she have to stay at home full day? Cannot go for interview? Or can go after office hours

While it’s important to stay informed about the job market and continuously improve your skills, it’s equally important to approach your career decisions with integrity and professionalism.

Using medical leave for job interviews may not be the best approach due to potential ethical and practical implications. Instead, consider using personal days, networking, and continuous learning to achieve your career goals.

Balancing self-interest with professional ethics will help you navigate the job market effectively and maintain a positive reputation in your industry.

After all, at the end of the day. We have to ask ourselves what we want for the career? At the end of the day, do not forget we are all replaceable here.

Not said cannot use Medical Leave here but need to be tacitically loh if not too frequent later kena exposed.

when you get MC, u are certified by doctor not to work. Ur boss is not a doctor and u can do whatever u want outside of work.
ur boss also wont feel anything when they overload u with work or ask u to OT. So dont need care one
