I am not sure is this considered a repeated post because I saw another title which probably relates to the XiaoAi Speaker instead of the recent Touchscreen version.
Anyway, I bought the new Touchscreen speaker. So a review on it and possibly, some guidance if any gurus can offer.
PROS
1) design looks good for its size.
2) sound quality not bad.
3) touch screen sensitivity is quite good.
4) Price wise: S$50 include delivery.
5) have bluetooth, can still link via bluetooth for music on your phone.
6) screen can watch movies.. but contents are mostly blocked unless you are in China.
7) good alarm clock with selectable pre-installed sounds/music.
CONS:
1) only for chinese users. because everything is in Chinese as of now.
2) cannot remove current APPS or install any new APPs (some people suggested trying to register QQ email account and send the APKs to install via the email.. but, also hearsay, the system does not run well with these apks... and you can't uninstall them.)
3) no internal battery. it is plugged onto electrical socket.
Point 2 on the CONS side practically kill this gadget... making it, a high-tech alarm clock function only... which is why I am sad.. until there are means to make it better..
