Xperia Z Problem

1st. Stuck at Sony Logo
2nd. Xperia Z wont turn off
3rd. Cant do flash rom back up or go to recovery system..

Just unlock bootloader and root my xperia Z

Help will be much appreciated

By right you should leave the bootloader untouch.

It might have crashed the boot parition and you need to go Sony Service Centre.

They might not service as the bootloader is altered.

Use the flashtool and reflash to a stock ROM:

I already tried the flashtool and not working -.-

Or you can use the flash tool released by Sony to re-flash stock ROM on your unlocked phone:

Flash tool for Xperia

Note that your data will be wiped.
