Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with marketing team to develop creative programs that meet the business objectives of Yahoo! and reinforce our brand mission
Ensure alignment to the global brand identity and voice, yet being able to understand, appreciate and apply local relevancy in the development of creative work.
Develop deep knowledge on Yahoo! products, so as to appropriately create ideas that are simple, relevant and engaging.
Manage multiple project briefs, from ideation through to completion
Work with both internal and external teams of vendor partners; generate multiple concepts for a single campaign or project.
Execute and produce simple flash animation for digital banners without involving external vendors
Identify and work with relevant external vendors for more sophisticated creative ideas across platforms
Drive constant improvement to creative quality and innovation.
Keep updated on the creative marketplace, as well as about technology development in the space of digital, social and mobile marketing

Requirements
4 to 5 years advertising agency with background in digital art direction
Worked on creative ideas involving both digital and traditional media.
Experience working with clients of major global and local brands
Able to effectively communicate an idea through design
Well verse in Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign
General understanding of HTML and JavaScript
Ability to converse on a basic programming level with developers about design and development strategies
Extremely detail-oriented and has creative flair
Hungry for award winning creative ideas that shape the minds of consumers
Collaborative, self-motivated and passionate about marketing
