Yellow Fever Certificate

So I just got my passport reissued because the old one was full, and I don't want to carry around my old passport along with the new one for the next 10 years.

Where in Singapore can I get a new Yellow Fever injection certificate with my new passport number and how much is it? In Korea, they would reissue them with new passport numbers for 1000W.

Do you really need a new certificate? Basically it's an update of particulars on your existing certificate (with validity of course) and I would think you'll check with the hospital/clinic that you got the certificate from.

My yellow fever cert (together with other vaccinations) were done at TTSH; I too have a new passport number and had called TTSH regarding this as well, and the staff at TTSH actually told me I can just update the passport no. by myself :| (which I did)

When I did it in Korea, they were very particular in saying that when the passport expired, I had to come in an get the card reissued and stamped by them, with the new passport number, or I had to carry the old passport around with the new one.

They also were VERY insistent that my signature on the card EXACTLY matched the signature in the passport. It was off a bit once, so they tore it up and made me sign a new one.

Maybe they were just overly anal.
