Yellowish green screen

Hi guys
Facing an issue of yellowish green screen after setting up my rig and I ran Dota2
Only after I run dota2 this issue surfaced
any idea how to fix it?

my specs are as below
g3220 + asrock h81 dgs
4gb 1333 Kingston ram
palit gtx460
cm 520w
wd 1tb blue
window 8.1 pro
Samsung sync master 931bf

all are new except for gpu and psu

2. gpu (no idea what is this?)
3. monitor (try laptop connection and play same game)

tried and everything seems fine with connection to mac

gpu is graphic card, sorry for the miscomm

What I mean is no idea what your gpu is? Make/model?

I suspect my monitor faulty, I tried using hdmi port and now its ok, previously tried hdmi couldn't display

if you were using VGA cable previously, the VGA cable might be faulty.
btw if you have HDMI why would you not use it anyway?

HDMI cannot display is common, sometimes u need to shut off the monitor and pc and repower both again to get display.
