Need help with Yilan itinerary. Planning to stay for at least 2 nights

Did some research and shortlisted the following areas. Is there other die die must go areas?

Yilan
Cold Spring
The 3-tier Waterfall
Luo Tong Night Market

Also, what location should I look at for Yilan Minsu?

If you're heading to Jiaoxi, should go try the YiShunXuan bakery. (奕順軒)! Their breads and cakes are pretty good I must say!

agree with this!.. i stayed there for 2 nights and i had it for dinner and breakfast respectively.. their breads are really good!
