Ever again is a stretch, As time goes on, it become less and less profitable to mine crypto due to the amount of power needed. Not to mention government regulation like the one you see in China. Also most of the newer ones like Ethereum are POS instead of POW.

Eventually it will ease up. Not anytime soon but definitely not forever.

In fact I was just in Sim lim square the other day and they still had GPU for sale. The price is still very high but no doubt still available.

Yes this must blame the miners, they keep mining crypto until gpu too expensive. Govt should all ban crypto totally, if drugs can be countered, then crypto should be treated the same

Now the only way to boycott them is don't buy mined gpu. Vote with your wallet. Don't let miner offload their gpu.

The worse thing is that using unnecessary power is wasting public resources. Unless they use solar power or their own power source, it cause a problem of wasting power grid infrastructure resources so Govt should ban such crypto mining totally

the only people who will be willing to buy their offloaded gpu is other miners anyway, you still wont get a chance to buy from them even if you want to :vijayadmin: :vijayadmin: :vijayadmin:

The problem is how to detect the power is used for crypto mining?

Crypto mining requires an absurd amount of power to run. It is pretty obvious when they detect such a huge spike in power consumption in that area. Especially when the crypto miners did not register their business as something that could explain such high electrical consumption.
