Hv a qn. Does youtube app allow HD quality on 4G/3G already?

I saw the option 'Enable HD only on Wifi'. Anyone can confirm?

Nope not able to. You can download McTube for YouTube for high quality video and play videos or sound in background.

Wrong. Now you CAN play HD videos on youtube app on 4G/3G network since iOS 8. You can also disable this function at settings on youtube app.
