被告把受害人带进厕间 在未采防护措施下与后者发生关系​

庭上披露，被告指示受害人进入残障人士专用厕间，把门反锁后脱下自己的裤子和底裤，并要受害人照做。他接着在没有采取防护措施和取得对方同意的情况下，与受害人发生关系，事后还警告对方不准出声，以免被人发现。

受害人当晚将遭遇告知母亲，后者报警处理。卫生科学局后来也在受害人的衣物上验出被告的精液。
