Why use skyscanner when you can just use Google flights, they'll always show prices that are directly from airline web including discounts/promo etc.

The difference comes when you run into problems and how they resolve. Based on experience
1) Years ago when there was massive flooding in BKK, SQ allowed cancellation and full refund. I booked via SQ directly and no problems. Colleague on the same ticket booked via Zuji, took 1 week and took almost 20% under "admin fees"

2) Friend booked under cheaptickets with a transfer. 2nd leg got changed but did not inform him that based on the first flight, it would become impossible to catch the 2nd leg. Had to spend a lot of time re arranging and ended up 6 hours waiting for next flight.

Same bad experience with zuji ...
booked hotel with them , free cancellations.
expedia and agoda, hotels.com , booking.com, normally takes 48hours to refund back. zuji, after 10 days still have not receive my refunds yet ...

http://flights.google.com/

"Google Flights" refers to the Google flight search page, not the normal google web search page.

Not launched in Singapore..

They are safe to book when everything is going smoothly. When sh*t happens, don't expect them to give any useful help. Like if you need a refund or something

good to book from reliable sites ...
there can be sites which offers cheaper price, however when you check in to the flight or hotel, you would get surprises ...

to save that 10% or 20%, you would be greeted with surprises ...

She go wrong place to complain. Every airline has their own ground handling agent, if budget just go straight to the airline, but don't expect huge compensation, it's always best to have a travel insurance especially flying budget, high chance you get to claim if there's a delay.

Even if you have insurance, you still must go to the "lost & found" to get the paper statement. At Changi there's SATS & DNATA lost & found office (Depending on airline). If you suay both closed then have to go GST Office to make statement, that one very troublesome
