This is the most fked up tour agency ever.
Went to natas with my family, decided to sign up for a 4d3n tour to HK. Wanted to go to macau too, so the salesperson told us that it was possible to add another day free and easy to macau but we have to book our own hotel. My family agreed then. Eventually comfirmed everything, requested that I absolutely did not want to sit at the last row in the plane to hk and double comfirmed if he booked the hotel before i booked the extra night in the hotel myself.
However, 12 hr before my flight, the agency called me and told me that they failed to book the hotel they told me they alr booked, so they booked another hotel instead. THEY BLATANTLY TOLD A ***** LIE. They could have informed me earlier, but they only did it 12hrs before i was due to fly. Wow. And i even double checked that they booked the hotel i requested to before choosing to extendmy stay. They messed up my entire schedule, and now i have to move from 1 end of hk to the other end on the last day bcos of their cock ups. When inwent up the plane, i ended up sitting at the last row and couldnt lower my seat and i couldnt sleep at all. Called them and ask why didint they adhere to my request? Told some ********, say miscommunication etc. Wtf man.
On the day i landed in hk airport, i had to wait another 2 hr for the ***** tour guide. After he came he still had the face to tell us that the bus need another half an hr to arrive. So my touchdown timing was 6am, and i only managed to leave the airport at 9am. ***** hell waste of my time.
When we reach the hotel, there was another cock up. As I went with my family and there were 5 of us, including 1 child. However, the agency only booked 2 double single bed room. And now im lacking a bed. So they had the face to charge me the fee for 5 ppl, but only book hotel for 4? Wow man. Wow. And somemore charge adult fee for the child. ***** hell man. Now still ask my family to use our own money to book extra bed. Fk this ****.
Booked through tour agency because i thought can relax and lepak while they settle everything. In the end have to keep calling their useless operators to ask for clarification. Operators also cant do ****, try to talk some ******** to taiji responsibilities.
Tried to read some review of them online and realised there were many ppl who gave bad reviews of them. And now its too late for me. I hope nobody makes the same mistake by going to them zzz
