Most of the time nobody want take grabshare due to low fare and cheapo passengers but current gem incentive are giving extra gems for grabshare job so bobian have to suck thumb n accept.

And to maintain below 10% cr, you can't cancel all grabshare job.. Now n then you will still need to accept a few gs.
