and no it is not clear to me it is "PM admin silvershimmers" doing because of Ottoke assumption and his said so.

I am not the issuing moderator of both infractions but let clarify and explain. If you find this explanation unsatisfactory, you can PM our forum admins to seek their views on this and possibly a reversal.

For the first infraction, while the numbers are not that far off, it was posted before the announcement was made by the ministry of health on April 15. This infraction is clear cut as it incites unnecessary panic. I would give an infraction for this as well

For the second infraction, from how I would view it, it is up to the discretion of the issuing moderator to give an infraction. Prior precedence has been set that warnings and infractions are given.

No posting of news without or before an official source.

In case you are not aware, someone created another thread using 433 too. The thread is locked.

Some of whom have written in and reported your thread as it constitutes to unverified and unsubstantiated information which may cause public alarm. Hardwarezone is a high-traffic website. This is especially so during this trying circuit breaker period where the general public looks to the forum for an alternate source of news.

You were clearly right that the thread does not imply anything other than giving out some numbers. I will put this on public record here for everyone to judge if you were insinuating anything other than the stated.

You gave TS a 3 point infraction based on your wrong translation of the title using the template infraction reason without any reference to the thread title.

I have no idea what's wrong with the current batch of resident moderators of EDMW. For better understanding or convincing infraction, you should provide the actual reason if the thread title is malicious or slandering etc... whereby the template infraction reason does not specific nor reflect any of these reason.

You jump the gun and now trying to justify your error by mounting a challenge:

I'm lost in word why a refute without personal attack or vulgarity deserved an infraction.

Do you want me to post the content here and explain every word in that reply for your wrong translation of the words and sentence in my refute? Of course, you can come up with any reasoning to support your action and we as member can so nothing.

From my observation, you egotistic is too big for any reasoning after judgement error. I won't start an thread to ask for reversal for that infraction. If you are going to PM the administrator or senior mod for TS, do give it a consideration for my infraction for reversal as well.

Sure, thanks for the advice. I just simply told him what I observed but oh well, we have given many explanations to zheng. He insisted that he is right, so I asked him which part he thinks he is right. It's just that simple.

I also can bring up to admin to reverse your infraction but the final decision solely lies on him. I have raised appeals on behalf of many members, so just let me know the details via PM.
