Still just not satisfied by what Cybermind mentioned to me earlier this afternoon.

My original intention was to buy the 64gb variant and one 32gb. But in qoo10 Cybermind did not list for 64gb. So naturally I just purchased both 32gb.

Went there, found out they do sell the 64gb. I told/explained to them that they did not list the 64gb on qoo10. And I intentionally wanna buy the 64gb. But since its not listed, so no choice but to buy 32gb instead. So I did asked them if I could just return 1 of it and do a higher purchase and I would gladly pay the price difference.

But to my surprise, strictly not allowed. I know that qoo10 discount codes are not something that the shop will ever give. Its done by qoo10 themselves. But the thing is I never use any form of discount codes or any cc rebates. And the priced paid for 32gb on qoo10 is close just $1 cheaper than in stores.

And I even offered to pay the differences using their Retail Pricing. But still not allowed.

So yeap, in all qoo10 purchase be it WITH or WITHOUT coupons/cc rebates, one cannot exchange anything for higher purchase products, despite wanting to pay more.
