this 6th episode of Dame na watashi cracks me up when they tried buying the robot cleaner from the china tourists... and amazing they found real chinese to act in the drama...

That “我们又不差钱的” (we are not in short of cash) part cracks me up.

Actually I think it's quite common to see real Chinese in Japanese dramas. There are real Chinese extras in Naomi to Kanako too.

With the season almost over, one of the best dramas this season is probably also one of the most overlooked - Kamogawa shokudo. I always watch my dramas over dinner and it is nice to look at lovely exotic food while eating the same old thing again and again. The mystery detective format adds plenty of extra excitement to the stories, and it is always telling that the food that was being searched for is always something very simple and ordinary, in contrast to the often exquisite Kyoto cuisine being prepared by the master. And these few episodes have never failed to bring me to tears while chewing on my dinner... The stories are so good.

This season nothing extremely good that catch my attention. If really must pick, Yamaneko for the sake of Hirose Suzu. Even Taiga is pretty boring, probably too overhyped on Sakai Masato. Why no appearance by saru, and Oda Nobunaga only got so little airtime...

Different period. This is when Sanada rose to power with the finale at the battle of Sekigahara. Hideyoshi will probably make a major appearance soon.

I actually quite enjoy this season with itsu koi, sumika sumire, dame na watashi etc. Anyway next season is coming up soon, any drama you guys looking forward to?

dont dare to watch while eating. very demoralising. hopefully katsuna shiori can get role in prime time slots.

Because by right after Oda's death, Hideyoshi is the biggest damiyo le. But probably based on different novels, the emphasis is different bah.

didnt expect that from the smap guy and ueno juri.

I like the pace of drama even when some scenes are just tear jerking.

on another note; this scene from episode 2 of "Itsuka Kono Koi wo Omoidashite Kitto Naite Shimau" cracks me up

Just finished the last episode of いつかこの恋を思い出してきっと泣いてしまう. The thing about this drama is the subtle, simple way the casts portray their role. Made used of a lot of silence, pauses to create the atmosphere which I really like. No fancy over the top acting.

Looking forward to the next Monday 9pm drama!

show name ish Lady Girls. about 3 40-year old MILFs love life.

seriously omg. initially thought ish some sad milf story. Show actually quite entertaining.

The writing/storyline ish very similar feel to the old jdramas from the 90s/early 2000s. Highly recommend if you are a fan of those classics.
