some of the things he does is beyond stupidity
eg playing martial on the wings and Young in the centre last night, Daley Blind as ** whole season, playing di Maria in 5 different positions, getting rid of Kagawa & Chicharito & Welbeck, replacing Raphael with Darmien, etc......

one or 2 gaffes I can understand, but almost everything LvG does is absurd!
I don't believe anyone can be that stupid, I am beginning to suspect a more sinister agenda

Seems like a deliberate move. You don't expect any manager to do what LvG is doing.

Players spend years leading to exceed in their position. Ie a striker. A left winger. A left back. A centre back etc. Ie what runs to make. Spaces to run in to. When to stay. When to go. All the cliches. Before rashford gets injured , Why is van gaal playing Mata a slower number 10 as right midfielder against pacy Danny rise and playing Lingaard as number 10. Worse still once rashford goes of injured he plays a slower left winger upfront and martial who made a great start at Utd as striker is played left wing. Not to forget playing centre backs as left backs and right backs and playing centre mid fielders as right back. I counted come second half today All 4 front players were playing out of position and not coz alternative ain't there. If we only have 4 right wingers and have to make do.

When he came in last season he said the team was imbalance. Now he is actually making the team imbalanced by fielding players out of position.

mata should be centre behind the striker. that's when he got player of year at chelsea 2 years running. y is he at the right side.

if lvg wants to play lingard then he should be at the right wing where he can use his pace and not in the middle.

martial.. ok if this lvg insist on him on the left wing. im still ok with this. he can use pace and cut in and do some damage.

rashford.. frankly.. shouldnt be starting 10 games in a row. can bring on him as impact.
but again there are no strikers since this lvg let go off rvp, javier h, falcao n got nobody in and think this looney wont get injured. and this joke of a manager can say felliani can be used as striker if needed

so bascially the front 4 are either too raw or played out of position so im not suprised by the lack of goals this season.

midfielders all under peforming whole season. how many goals have they contributed.

Mourinho already said Mata is slow & unable to defend. LvG played him as a winger is a good joke. Wingers need to be fast. That is what I said LvG doesn't know his players at all. Otherwise they would not be played out of position.
