This BOC ibanking very user unfriendly. Only can access with a PC or Mac with full fledge browser.. Can access with iPad or Android devices.. Anyone tried with Surface Pro?

Chrome can work d, no longer need ActiveX plugin. But mobile Chrome cannot, only on desktop Chrome

just got charged annual fee. anyone has experience whether the phone waiver request works or eventually still need to call cso

No need...

I find that their tab order is very funky. It wouldn't affect u unless u use the keyboard tab key to change from one text entry field to another.
It's like username -> tab -> certification code (the 4th field!) -> tab 6 times(!!!) -> password -> tab -> etoken

Having said that, I'm glad they made it work with Chrome (maybe FF too, but I don't have FF)

We called in and used the automated service to request. Approval received a few days later (but quite slow). We requested immediately upon receiving the bill and it got reversed before payment due date so no payment required.

Dun be offended har, but have you linked your credit card to ur ibanking? need to bring the card physically to branch for them to link. Otherwise it would not show up in ur ibanking.

Debit card u can link urself via ibanking.

Maybe try clear cache? sometimes that gets funky...
hmmm maybe u try to use incognito mode first? if incognito mode works then likely is caching issue.

So last statement month you spent $900? You should get $30 (5% of $600) and $4.50 (0.5% of $900)
