We've identified the issue and our engineers are reaching the exchange now to fix - due to NLT's security policy though we need to wait 1h before being allowed in.

My VQ TV was unable to play Viki videos, although still can load the icons and images. Tot it was the box issue
Now its playing fine and my internet connection is OK.

Because SMRT train break down so often and VQ spent their budget on buying that F1 car display model, engineers now have to cycle to work site instead of taking taxi on company's cost.
