For waterfront 1, some lvl 2 has a higher ceiling. That's what I saw from the 3D model.

Definitely not as high as those old flat..apparently inside source say I should get my keys in the next 1-2 weeks, once I get it I can do a measurement and then let u know..

Hi all , may I know for waterfront 5room, what is the length for living room wall to wall ? Is it about 3m ?

Based on floor plan, it is 3.6m.

Good point! This is something not seen in other BTOs I believe.

What we don't know is how much higher is it compared to the standard height.

Use the site plan, blow it to 100%..Use the ruler then use the scale available on the site plan to measure..

About 40m gap..

Pray still got unit left.now 5 room last number called 501.still got 106 unit.last few days even those 2nd floor seaview unit got chosen.the inward facing nobody take.im ok with inward facing.

How you know which is the last number called? Is that how you know the drop out rate too?

We chose right beside the plaza. Don't think it'll be that noisy since its just a food court and open space in front, noise will dissipate.... as compared to if you choose those unit facing inwards to other blocks then in the middle got playground or fitness area. The noise will echo upwards (current 11th floor flat like that, damn irritating even at night the cat fight also echo) But then again, how often you'll be home during day time? For us not so much.
