Mine is running on S3.0.610.

Using this version for a yr plus. So far no issue for me.

If you are on bridge mode, does the firmware on the zhone affect you in anyway ?

The zhone will just simple pass off the traffic to your router for routing.

lol. I went through the same process as you. SingNet and then StarHub for years until VQ came along. The difference in CS is night and days between VQ and those two. I am happy to have alternatives to keep the big 3 in check.

Same. SN, ST, NTT then MR, VQ, gave MR another chance (for 1 month no contract plan) and back to VQ

Recent outages are quite ridiculous but other than that, the customer service has been excellent

Yes I faced the same issue on Netflix. I do not have Freedom VPN on my service.

Anyway I tried Switching to 4G connection and the Video play right away without the error. The moment I switch to VQ the error appear.

But this is affecting some show only.

I've been with VQ for almost 3 years now, i do appreciate them taking the extra mile for customer service whether is due to technical issue or something else.

Having an email helpdesk for non-urgent issues is good too. And if your issue isn't resolve, u can escalate thru fb or hwz. you can also depend on other enthusiast users posting here if there is any problem (community)

overall, they are quite innovative and responsive regarding their products like VQTV, FVPN, etc and route optimizations.

but they do need to be more improve on their communications sometimes, different teams have mismatch info sometimes.

otherwise keep up the good work, cheers

Yeah, known issue. VQ is working hard to make FVPN work for Netflix and Netflix is working hard to defeat FVPN…. so, its never ending.. cat and mouse

HUH.... Normal SG netflix VQ working hard to get it working? Not by default it should work off the internet.. I try Singtel Mobile is just work without anything setting.

I talking about normal netflix access to SG Content is not working.
