Hey all, just to check... what's the 'cheapest' way to get there ah?

Through the googling and price compares of the usual websites - The same region and airline which is about $1400-1800 per pax (Finnair)

And also - does it seem dumb or wasteful if I will only be touring in Iceland then back to SG without touching other parts of Europe? :o

Reason being I might wanna go there and execute my proposal and I think my budget will already be over the top if include other parts of Europe :p

Just wanna get some consensus... Hahaha

Try turkish airlines. I am using it. Though if you dun mind that the transit point is at turkish airport with the recent bombings....hmm....

You bought the tickets separately?

As in from SG to Fin (Transit: Istanbul)

Then another separate ticket from Fin to ISL?

They don't fly direct :(

You are abit late, just 1-2 months ago, finnair got cheap tix to Oslo, then you can take cheap domestic flight to Iceland. SGD$741.60, I booked.
Now I dunno.

icelandair is not as friendly. Though departing airport is in UK, u can always re-select OSLO as departing.

Right. I will try again and update here. I'm departing from Copenhagen though.
Anyone heading to Iceland during this coming CNY period?

Yes, what bro coolhead mentioned was what I did 2 years ago when I booked my flight from Oslo to Reykjavik. The currency was paid in GBP which should be a great advantage now given the exchange rate after BREXIT.
