Just received targeted mailer from UOB, 0% interest 0% processing fees for 60 days, existing customer, max transferred amount 20k.

Besides, also received mailer from Maybank, 0% interest 0.88% processing fee for 6 months, min $15k.

Why banks start to open the gate for loan again? Is it because all the loophole been closed so they have more funds for promotion?

Good luck trying to apply UOB.

Think several folks tried a couple months back on their "online application promo" on exact same terms but nothing came out of it.

As recognition of your good payment history with American Express, we are pleased to invite you to enrol in order to start enjoying the benefit of a reduced interest rate of 2.99% p.a. over the next 6 months, should you need to carry balances on your American Express® Card Account.

Usually do we need to call the bank for their best available balance transfer rate, or those advertised in the website is the best already?

1.15% pa or processing fee? it would be good if it's pa rate.

Received and signed up for citibank 1.5% processing fee, 0% interest balance transfer, for 6mo.

Also received 0% processing fee/interest for 6mo DBS cashline offer, but not enough balance, so cancelled my application, very unfortunate.
