What do you think of people that spray paint their brake calipers?

It's an act so ricey that I puke whenever I see someone rolling with coloured stock calipers. Why do car owners go to such length to seek attention about their crap cars? If it's good car original will ready be coloured big brakes

The owner happy can already. As long as he/she drives properly and graciously, it doesn't bother me.

If you have a very nice high performance dream car but drive like an idiot, that is worse. :zonia:

TS really create this thread just against my thread?

maybe he misunderstood bah. i am not spraying normal brake pads which he might be assuming. i am spraying 8 pot brakes which were originally already painted black gloss. but since rims are also black gloss. i thought it would look cooler to get it to a bright color to contrast nicely.

anyway, my opinion is to each his own. everyone has the right to decorate his car whatever way he wants. i have a car whose brake calipers are chrome red stock, does that make me a ricer in TS's book? do i need to pay extra to downsize that brake and change it to a dull color to fit TS's expectations?
