Anyone knows if theres is a bus from tokyo to fujinomiya or the 5th station?

Climbing season or off season? There's quite a few bus services from Tokyo. Most bus services start from Shinjuku.

Shin-Fuji Station to Fujinomiya 5th Station has a bus but I was wondering if there are any bus from Tokyo to shin-fuji or mishima station? The shinkansen cost around 5.4k yen 1 way and was hoping that a bus could half the cost.

Most websites has buses to the mount fuji 5th station which has the yoshida trail(east) but fujinomiya trail is on the west side of mount fuji.

Another alternative is to take limousine bus. But your flight is too early, the earliest bus service is at 8.10am. It seems that taking the train is your only path. 9am for your tour is actually very very rush. If you're touching down on a weekday, you'll hit the rush hours while changing to Yamanote line.
Yah, I did explore the option of Limousine Bus but like you've said, it's too early for that.

Thankfully, I'll be landing on a Saturday morning. Hope that nothing unexpected happens or I'll be forced to take a cab into town.

Will it be difficult to transfer from Monorail to Yamanote line with luggage in tow?

You can consider keeping your luggage in a locker at shinbashi station or you could arrange at haneda to have a forwarder send your luggage to the hotel (haven't tried before so can't help on details). Saves you time in not having to back track to shinbashi.

Yes, there's Takkyubin in the airport. You'll need to bring an overnight bag along. It would reach your hotel the following day.

Or simply use the coin lockers at Shimbashi station and collect your luggage after your tour.

There are buses from Shinjuku bus terminal heading to Mishima station. But you'll need to stay a night at Mishima even though the journey is around 110min, the earliest bus to arrive Mishima 三島駅 is after 15:50 and 16:05 (depending on weekday or weekend).

Likewise for Shin-Fuji station 新富士駅, 20:07 is the earliest bus.

You should be able to buy the ticket from the ticketing office at Shinjuku bus terminal. At Level 4, directly opposite Shinjuku station, in front of Takashimaya Times Square. All the buses leave from Shinjuku bus terminal.

Direct limousine bus to Sunroute if you arrived in the afternoon or evening. Else it would be better to take to Shinjuku station and walk or take a taxi if you had heavy luggage. Alternatively send luggage via Takkyubin at the airport but bring an overnight bag for the first night.

For Keisei trains from Narita, the options are Keisei Skyliner, Keisei Access Express and Keisei mainline right?

If i want to get to Shinagawa, possible to take Keisei Access Express? Whats the difference between Access Express vs Limited Express trains?
