other than those who are pantang I don't see any concern.. you will enjoy medical coverage, pharmacy and most conveniently.. the f&b..

Well, that is rather impossible for anybody walking to the station. It'll probably be closer to 1KM or slightly more in reality.

Treasure crest seems interesting in terms of pricing.. saw the article on some website talking about the land price bid is lower than the surrounding ECs.

Think location is also a factor. Vales is next to a hospital and TPE, either way it's bad FS and ambulance siren all the time.

Even worse are the fighter jets that scream through the skies.
